I have noticed, that on http://www.trunkedraio.net,
somebody actually had posted the Cleveland talkgroups
for the Cleveland Water Department Digital VSLEP
County Wide T.R.S..  The Cleveland Water Department
Digital VSELP County Wide T.R.S. is used by C.W.D.,
C.P.D., C.F.D., E.M.S. and various other Cityu Of
Cleveland departments.  

Now the thing that gets me is this.  The City Of
Cleveland's Water Department Digital T.R.S. in VSELP
and NOT P-25 compliant.  So how is it possible that
somebody copuld list the Talk Groups?  Hhmm?
