It's my understanding that ACSB can be understood if tuned with an SSB
capable receiver such as an AR8000. Not enough activity around here for me
to try it though. No tracking with that, obviously... Shouldn't be hard
for a developer to do...an adaptation of LTR trunking protocol...biggest
hurdles would be market and receive section for that modulation.
Certain simple voice inversion scrambling can be decoded with software
available on the internet, as well as a voice inversion module for the
AR8000. Again, no experience with either here as no one uses it anymore,
with the exception of some FRS transmissions I've heard lately....but not
strong enough to work with yet.
Sorry I don't have firsthand experience with either, just letting you know
you can try...
