Everybody else is analog, in the clear. =20

The Alton, Il & Kirkwood, Mo Police dept. does use=20
DES Encryption for some special units on their=20
Repeaters:  155.190 & 155.250, respectively.

But, even on those two repeaters, most comms are
in the clear (analog).=20
