[TrunkCom] Squelch on 250d

WWe will probably be diong it the same way we do now.  The only new thing
about this radio that is that it will do digital, and with digital you
have either a full signal or nothing at all.  With one exception, and that
is on the fringes of your coverage area things will sound like they are
going into a tunnel, and that's it.
