This is a pretty simple system. Four to five channels, and I doubt
there are any consoles. Use of patching means consoles and SmartNet I
capabilities, which these systems are not capable of. They use Type I
because it's cheaper for the State even though the systems are fairly
new and would do Type II.
I bet things are a lot more simpler then they seem. These aren't very
busy systems and were probably setup by the State with little or no
deviation from the norm.
