You might also try E1P3 or E1P8 as a fleet map.  Those are standard type I
fleet maps with E1P3 used for public safety, and E1P8 used by SMR
users.  Also, you might want to try going to www.trunkedradio.net, and
looking for that facility in the state of California.  I think I remember
seeing it there.  Neither of your scanners will do LTR, and the BC245 will
do EDACS, and the 895 with software will do EDACS, but your system
 doesn't like a Motorola type I system.
