[TrunkCom] newbie question

Yes and no...

I've been doing it for years and it mainly depends on your scanners and
what bands you're scanning. If one scans exclusively VHF and the other UHF,
for instance, it will probably work fine.

The problem I've seen is if both scanners are running the same band and one
scanner stops on a busy channel, the other will lock up on a frequency in
the same band and sometimes even have distorted audio from the frequency
with the true signal.

If you eliminate this crosstalk interference, performance should be good. I
don't think it will reception will suffer except possibly on weak signals.
Make sure all your connections are good. New adapters and cables are good
insurance.

Subject: [TrunkCom] newbie question

I'm wondering if I can attach 2 scanners to the same antenna would this in
some way affect performance?

Thanks in advance
