The Cincinnati Police Department's Vice Unit has been
using an 18 channel system for several years now. They
are the only users and there are only 3 or 4 active talkgroups.

Hamilton County is in year 3 of building a Motorola APCO-25
system that is still not fully operational. Currently only used for
fire moblies and the City of Blue Ash PD is using it. They are
still building towers to cover the high hills of the county.

Both Cincinnati and Hamilton County are still using 460 MHz, and
county fire is simulcasting on their VHF low band.
