I'm sure they have been in Beta for some time. I'm sure there is an organized migration
plan that allows for "Fall Back" to  the previous system. I would not be surprised if they
do not simulcast for a while.

I know everyone is scared of the "Big Bad P-25 Monster" and his cousin the "800 Mhz
Bandit" but just repeat after me.......
