The offset is wrong for the 245xlt and right for the 780xlt.  The 245xlt
(and PRO-94 & PRO-2052) use different terminology than the 780xlt when
talking about the offset.  In the 245xlt, the offset is the step size,
i.e. 12.5-KHz.  In the 780xlt, the offset channel is the decimal
equivalent of the hex value of the starting frequency for each set of
base/offsets (boy that's a mouthful).

Since you have the base frequency already, you now need to enter an
offset.  Unfortunately, based on the base frequency you entered, it
appears the offset is either 5 or 15-KHz, which the 245xlt cannot do (the
780xlt allows it).
