[TrunkCom] 245 offsets

A system in town is a VHF hi Moto Type II Smartnet. Trunkedradio.net =
shows the system ID as 7e38 with a base of 141.015 and an offset of 380.

I just bought a 245 and it won't take that offset. I tried the =
suggestions in the manual but they don't track right.

Is it my radio or is the listed offset wrong?
