[TrunkCom] talkgroup setup on a smartzone simulcast system

Yes, but all simulcast sites of that cell will broadcast that talkgroup. 
For example, in a 10-cell SmartZone system with each cell having 3
simulcast sites each, a talkgroup in Cell #10 would be heard on all 3 of
the simulcast sites within that cell, but not necessarily on Cells 1-9. 
You could not, however, set the talkgroup to only broadcast on just one
or two of those 3 simulcast sites within that cell, it's all or none
(unless of course one of those sites fails).
