[TrunkCom] talkgroup setup on a smartzone simulcast system

Can somebody tell me if you can set up a talkgroup on one site in a ten =
site smartzone simulcast system?I know you can do it on a plain =
smartzone system, but I was wondering if that goes for a simulcast =
system.
