[TrunkCom] scanner buffs

Well, does anyone know if there is a plan to migrate these peopee over to
Project-25?  Also, while we are on the subject here of digital does the
audio quality of VSELP differ from that of APCO-25, and what about AEGIS
and Pro-voice and Open Sky digital?
