[TrunkCom] Oakland County TRS II, Update

Yes, that is news to me.  A trunking system can have different
converstaions taking place at once, but not on the same
frequency.  Doesn't sound like they will be able to intercommunicate with
their neighbors very easily as they all will have Motorola soon, and they
want to be APCO-25 complient.
