[TrunkCom] 25 modulation

Well, that all depends if you would be stepping on someone's feet in terms
of proprietary digital schemes.  Project-25 is an open standard, but there
are lots of other digital schemes that are not.  Speaking of other types
of digital was that scanner ever released so people would be able to hear
PA's state system?  I understand they are having lots of problems with it.
