[TrunkCom] What will new digital scanner receive?

This will pick up clear Project-25 digital Motorola IMB digital
modulation.  You are probably hearing encrypted talk groups.  Ifyour
system is Motorla type II system it will have 8 added to the talk group
that will tell you if it is encrypted.
