[TrunkCom] Hey Uniden, an idea

I think that Wayne County Roads will use analogue, but I could be
wrong.  So far I haven't heard any digital so I'm assuming that the switch
over to digital waput off for some reason or another.  Grosse Pointe
ddesn't use any analogue at this time, but just digital, and they are
APCO-25.
