Keep in mind it is much more expensive to buy some how or another a
Motorolaportable that does digital, and that would make sense if you get a
discount if you purchase this radio and the card together.  One thing that
you will all have to keep in mind too is that if you should happen to be
around someone using a digital radio with your new scanner you will need
to be aware of the delay that could confuse things.  This is something my
local PD is already complaining about is the digital delay.
