[TrunkCom] Nashville

Lake County, OH is APCO-25 Digital Trunked AND Analog. Thus, they are
still using 3600 baud control channels.
Only users on Analog talk groups are school buses, County Water
Department, County Engineer, and analog Fireground talkgroups for
communicating with Geauga County.
