Try these for Salt Lake frequencies.  You'll want to listen to UCAN, 
Salt Lake Sheriff and Salt Lake City Police.  Many of the other 
frequencies listed by surrounding agencies are now a part of UCAN.
(I don't know which list has the most current and accurate info.)

The Hill AFB TRS is also being used by other federal agencies
and there is also traffic in the 138-142 range.  The Olympics venues
are on other temporary 800 MHz systems and are not a part of
the above public safety systems.
