The bad thing is that Ohio is going to the MARCS TRS. The good thing is
that it is 3600 Baud. I already can pick up the Cleveland 1 ( West Side
) Repeater's 3.6 Baud Control Frequency. The question is can one pick
up ( hear ) a 9.6K Control frequency on an analog radio scanner?
