[TrunkCom] Orange County CA encryption

Sorry to burst the bubble, guys, but ALL regular law enforcement
talkgroups on the Orange County system are encrypted as well as digital,
including dispatch. This is straight from a good source: my cousin is a
sergeant for Buena Park PD. He tells me that the only law enforcement
stuff *not* encrypted is the mutual aid stuff they use for talking to
the fire departments and other agencies that are either analog or are
digital but do not have encryption capability. There are clear digital
and clear analog talkgroups specifically for this purpose.
So basically, unless it's multi-service mutual aid, you're outta luck.....
