Also, don't forget, the reply to a conversation won't require the
sending of the radio id if it is transmission or message trunking.
Only PTT-ID requires the replying subscriber to send its radio id to
the control channel first for any type of call.

Newer analog Moto radios have a feature called caller id which allows
the radio id do be displayed. This only works if the radio received
the call grant from the control channel. With ASTRO the same thing
applies but the late entry subscriber will be able to obtain the radio
id from the voice call's background data.
