[TrunkCom] [DIGITAL-SCANNING] Check out the specs on the new digital scanners(fwd)

The radio will receive both digital and alanog signals all the time. The
BCi 25D card will merely interpret the digital modulation and convert it
back into an analog signal for all to enjoy.

All current scanners on the market now will also receive digital
signals. They just don't have the capability to 'decode' them.
