[Troop139] St. John's Troop 139 - 75th Anniversary Reunion Dinner

To All Troop 139, friends and families:



We will be having a meeting to form a committee to run the 75th anniversary
dinner of Troop 139.



The date of the meeting is Wednesday, August 30th at 6:30 PM. Please meet
at St. John's Rectory Rear Porch.



The date of the actual anniversary event is:

Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 5:00 PM at Conlon Hall



*I am not able to run/manage/oversee this reunion.*



Therefore, we will need someone or more than one person to take this
project on and run with it and make it your own.



*The following parts of the planning are finished:*

   -

   Started the promotional aspects, but nothing solid.
   -

   Sent out the press release
   -

   Submitted ad for the church bulletin
   -

   Created flyers/ticket order form
   -

      Attached is the event flyer and press release. Please feel free to
      use it as publicity where you can.  Print flyers, distribute them,
      etc.

   Created tickets (and will print them)
   -

   Created the Anniversary T Shirts and sent out that promo link.

   catering aspect of the reunion)



More items that need to be address and covered will be discussed at the
meeting next Wednesday. ie, additional event promotion, ticket orders,
ticket sales, seating arrangements, decorations, guest speaker invites,
special presentations, brochure design, booster sales, ad support, program
Agenda, etc.



Please do your best to attend. Especially to the current parents of the
troop, this is a great chance for you to assist.
