[Troop139] Stop and Shop

Msgr, Rich,
I am forwarding this on to the Troop, as I really don't know when they might
be available to pick up supplies for the Carnival.  

Francis, Rich, Diana, Judy,
Please get back to Msgr. Rich about the supplies pickup.  I will not be able
to attend the meeting this evening due to a speaking engagement that I
committed to back in May over in Wayne.  
I will be at the Carnival each day and can keep the Scout service hours
tracking sheet.  As noted previously, we could use help for an hour mostly
during the hour before and the first hour into the Carnival each day.
Scouts can come to see me in the garage area to check in and out, as we have
done in year's past.

Also, we will need a crew at 2:00 PM on Sunday to meet at the garage area to
set up the food shelters.
