[Troop139] Tricky Tray Logistics for Saturday AM

The info:

Doors open at 5, number calling at 7.

Pasta dinner includes:
Pasta with butter 
Pasta with red sauce 
Tossed salad with dressing on the side 
Soda and water 
Paper products

I would like it to be ready to serve between 5 and 5:30, so as people arrive they can eat and put their tickets in. I also hate buffet lines.
