Carolyn,
We can get in at whatever time you want.
Please let me know.
We also need to have a group of Dads to work on the kitchen for the evening.
Our menu is essentially a pasta and salad dinner.
Carolyn has published the menu.
We will need someone to shop on Saturday or during the week to get the
supplies for the dinner.
Any volunteers for buying or for the kitchen?
Yours in Scouting!
Gordon Beattie

Subject: [Troop139] Help needed with Tricky Tray
Hi
The Tricky Tray is Saturday and I need parents to help run the event.
Please "Reply to All" when choosing what you would like to do. We will be
setting up Conlon Hall on Saturday morning, I will let you know the time as
soon as Gordon gets back to me. I asked him if we could get into the hall at
7:30am, but he did not reply to me yet.
The following are the positions needed:
Gordon will organize the pasta dinner (includes pasta, butter, red sauce,
salad, beverages, paper products).
4 parents with large SUV's to pick up the prizes from Old Tappan.
Scouts and parents to set up tables and put tablecloths on them.
All Scouts will run the prizes.
Admission tables inside entrance door:
2 parents for pre-paid entrance table
2 parents for Pay at the Door table
3 parents to sell Raffle Tickets
At the time of the raffle we will need:
1 parent to hand the ticket bucket and corresponding prize to
the runner
1 parent to be at the stage to keep the scouts with the
prizes in numerical order
1 parent to dump the tickets in the container and mix them up
1 or more parents to call the numbers
Cleaning the hall will be done by everyone.
Please get back to me as soon as possible so I can plan accordingly.
Thanks!
Carolyn
