[Troop139] Mobile Mast

Hi Folks!
Well, Rick Murek, W2LCN  and I did a "little" welding project today!  :-)

The design goal of this apparatus was to provide the means to both tow a trailer while also providing a robust mast for externally mounted mobile electronics and antennas. 

Read:  This is a "GEEKED OUT" accessory for the mobile or poetable Amateur Radio operator!  This mast is solid as a rock and can support mobile gear as well as portable antennas of even greater height when operating in a parked position.  It also provides a solid foundation for celebrating the Fourth of July by supporting an oversized "Old Glory" in the day time AND a bottle rocket launching at night!  :-)

Again many thanks to Rick for his awesome welding help and for his wife, Karin and their kids for welcoming me into their house today!
