[Troop139] QRE: Sleepover and GF Hike

Tony,

Thanks for the note.

I had heard that Jack may be joining us for the hike, but all are welcome!

 

We are meeting at 6:00 PM in Conlon Hall and then will head over to the
Church at 6:30 to ensure seating.

We will be back in Conlon Hall at 9:00 and at 9:30 we will serve pizza.

Lights out will be at 11:00 PM and wake up is at 5:00 AM.  

We will serve a continental breakfast and start hiking churches by 6:00 AM.

All should be over by 4:30 PM if not earlier.

Dress in full uniform and dress for the weather when hiking.

Water and snacks are all you need to carry.  All food is being provided
during the hike including more snacks.

I'm sorry that you have to work tomorrow, but you are always welcome next
year!

You are welcome to send your sons, as they are off from school.  I am
fortunate, in that this year all three of my sons are going to be able to
hike!  Most years I have only been able to get two at a time, so for me this
is a personal treat! :-)

Gordon,

I just wanted to let you know that the Pack is aware of the mass/sleepover
and GF hike.  You may have some Den leaders or parents reach out to you
about participation tonight though I'm not sure.

I just wanted to make sure that the event is still open to the pack.

I have to work Friday so I can not attend.
