[Troop139] IMPORTANT: TROOP 139 INFORMATION - Please read all information

Hi Everyone, 

Please arrive ON TIME to tomorrow's meeting by 7 PM to the scout meeting. 

Parents and scouts are both needed for this meeting. 

Important information will be reviewed with both scouts and parents. 



Scouts


Please, please, pretty please, see the attached TURRELL BADGES Merit Badge Schedule and try and complete your schedule by tomorrow's meeting.
 
BRING IT WITH YOU!   Print it down, write it out, whatever.... 

You will need to fill in a Merit Badge Item for Each time period. NO TIME IS TO BE LEFT BLANK.

There are also evening sessions that can be filled in now, or you can choose if you like when you get to camp. 



Parents


Be sure to bring with you 3 copies of your son's Medical Form to the meeting and give them to Judy Daly
    -  We must have 3 copies [front and back] of your insurance card [if you have one]

Please see Jeanne Dewey about any payment for Summer Camp needed

Please see the attached Adult Leader Training Program Information
     - This is important information for the success of our troop. We need more parents to be trained and who are able to join our scouts on camping trips and outings.
     - We are currently (I belive) are 1 or 2 Adults short for Summer Camp), If we do not have enough adults in attendance, the boys will not be able to go to Summer Camp this year!
     - If you can join your son at Camp this year, this is an Adult Leader Program that they provide at Summer Camp for Adults to be trained as leaders.
     - Please let Jeanne or Diana know immediately if you can attend Summer Camp this year. If you can go for even 2-3 days, that would be a help.
