[Troop139] Camp Turrell/MEDICAL FORMS

ATTENTION EVERYONE WHO PLANS ON ATTENDING CAMP TURRELL !!!!
You CANNOT attend camp without a completed BSA medical form, signed by your docter.  This is a requirement for both boys and adults attending camp.
I will be collecting these forms at this Tuesday night's meeting.  You need to submit 3 copies, with a copy of your insurance card.   I WILL NOT STAND IN ST. JOHN'S PARKING LOT SUNDAY MORNING SORTING THROUGH MEDICAL FORMS.
If you have any questions or cannot submit these forms Tuesday please contact me 201 259 7010, if I haven't heard from you by Tuesday it will be assumed that your son is NOT attending camp. 
Attendance at this Tuesday's meeting is mandatory for all Scouts attending camp, Merit Badge schedule's, Patrol's organized, troop equipment packed and so forth.
