[Troop139] [bcraces] Technical Preparation "Dry Run" for the Fair Lawn Fireworks and future exercises

See the attached map of positions and info for the mesh operators for the
fair lawn fireworks on Sunday. Please give me any corrections Friday night
in person or via email
Other operators will be stationed in addtional locations, and at node sites
if needed by Gene WO2W as necessary
additional nodes will be added tomorrow night based operator coverage, and
availability.
Don't forget plenty of water and a folding chair.
