[Troop139] Troop 139 THIS WEEKEND & Tuesday

Hi Folks!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Here is the timeline of events for the weekend through Tuesday!

 

Saturday - Flea Market/Hamfest/Pet Adoption/Children's activities

 

Setup: Friday night 10:00 PM Conlon Hall

Event:  Doors will be open to vendors starting at 6:00 AM

 

Mr. Beattie will have the key to open up 

 

Scouts and PARENTS are needed to staff these activities.

Dress Code: Scout pants and orange T-shirts if you have one, over
appropriate warm clothing

 

We should be done about 3:00 - 4:00 PM

 

SNOW SHOVELING will be required around the grounds of the church on Saturday

Please bring a shovel

 

 

Sunday Evening

 

Ad Altare Dei group only at 7:00 PM

 

If you had a Board of Review on Tuesday, then you are square for rank, but
others need to remind me.

Also, if you are owed or are expecting a Merit Badge on Tuesday, please
email me a reminder by Sunday night.

 

All rank and Merit Badge Awards materials need to be submitted via email to
w2ttt at att.net by Sunday evening at 11:00 PM.

 

Tuesday evening 6:00 PM 

Troop Court of Honor in the Lower Church

 

Mr. and Mrs. Gungil are catering the Troop Court of Honor on Tuesday in
thanks for the welcoming support by Troop 139 of their son Arslan and his
family.  Families should bring beverages and desserts only!
