Thanks to all for a job well done!
Not sure about the Poland Springs tent.
The gold ticket tumblers are under TJ's jurisdiction.
Could you also review what might belong to Scouts behind garages in PLC patio, and what might be disposed of? I would like to clean up that area and get all those items removed from view.
Thanks, Msgr. Rich

Subject: Carnival Logistics - Demobilization - 20120927

Hi Folks!

Well, the Carnival is over and most of the cleanup tasks are done as of
uesday, September 25, 2012.

On Tuesday, the Scouts came to their meeting, ate some hot dogs, drank some
oda and then moved LOTS OF STUFF out of the garages!
Great job gentlemen!

At this time Msgr. Rich's garage and the two right-most of the next two
arages are empty and available for use by cars. The one nearest Msgr.
ich's garage still has two grills that need cleaning and some supplies that
eed to be cleaned out from the refrigerators AFTER the grills are done.

The grills should be cleaned by Sunday evening, but no later than Tuesday
ight.

One will be returned to Lou and the other put into the back of the garage.

The refrigerators will be emptied and available for movement on
ednesday morning.

After these tasks are completed, the last garage will be available use by a
ar.

The twelve propane bottles were returned to Exxon in Bergenfield on Tuesday
vening.

The 10' x 20' "garage shelter was repackaged and moved to the side
aintenance garage.
It will next be used by the Scouts in October for the Scout Retreat at Ross
ock, unless for forecast is for totally clear weather that weekend.
It will be used again on the first weekend in November for the Cub Outdoor
ctivity Day in Alpine, again unless the weather forecast is for clear
eather.

We had one small misstep yesterday, in that the Carnival food service
upplies went in the Pack closet instead of the one adjacent to the Pack
loset. That will be rectified on Tuesday evening - no biggie.

The leftover hot dogs, water and soda will be used at the Troop Tricky Tray
nless needed elsewhere.

Questions
1. Where does the Poland Springs popup tent go?
Currently, it is in the back of the garages.

2. Mrs. Miller has the small gold ticket tumbler and needs to know who gets
t back and when they need it.
She would like to use it for the Scout Tricky Tray, if possible.

Again, the cooperation and help of all involved mad this very big job for
ur Parish a huge success that raised quite a bit of needed money, but more
mportantly, raised our individual and collective spirits as one Body of
hrist!

Nice job all!

Peace!
Yours in Scouting!
