Hi Folks,
K, the response has been good and now we have a timeline for Saturday to
et up for dinner, I think we can do what we need to accomplish for basic
arnival setup on Friday night.
Please read the items below and confirm your availability.  Again, we need
oth Scouts and parents to make this setup smooth and easy.  
We will meet in the garage area of the parking lot of St. John's on Friday
ight at 6:00 PM to do the following things:
Carnival Posters - teams of Scouts and adults will go out and place the
osters at designated locations.  Each team should consist of at least two
couts and an adult in a vehicle.  If needed, we will get a stapler and 3/8"
taples to affix the posters to utility poles.
Food Shelter - We will need at least three adults and/or larger Scouts to
ssemble and set up the wooden shelter in front of the garages.
e will need at least four Scouts and adults to assemble the 10' X 20' tent
helter along the fence by the garages.  Tools needed are 1/2" drill, hammer
nd wrenches big enough for the nuts on 5/" bolts.  Additionally, both
helters will require some parachute cord.
Check out grills - We will need to check out the grills to make sure that
hey are in proper condition and complete for safe and satisfactory
peration.  We also need to set up the fryer, but not load it with oil at
hat time.  The propane tanks should be in place and ready to go for our use
y that time.  Wrenches, paper towel and cleaner may be required.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Hi Folks!
Depending on the exact Friday/Saturday setup timeframe for the Anniversary
inner, I would like to set up the tent and wooden cooking shelter that are
laced in front of the garages each year for the Carnival.  If you are
vailable on either Friday evening or Saturday morning, to help set this up,
e can get it done well inside of two hours.
