Hi Gordon, 

As long as homework is done, you can have Sergio after 5 a couple days. Tue, Wed. Thursday  (during the weekend, he is going to OA). 

I will be around after 6 PM on Tue (poss. Wed) and then after 7 on Thursday, but will need to bring Steph and Serg home by 9. 

Peter has agreed with Phil to help out Msgr. so he has a job already.

Hi Folks!
he Troop has been asked to take a key role in making the overall food
xperience at the Carnival a continuing success by grilling, deep frying and
unning supplies around as needed.  
 
To make this happen we will need each day:
*	Several Scouts to be on the grill and to help move water, ice and
ood.
	Several adults to oversee the customer interactions and grill and
ryer safety
	Several adults and Scouts to help warm food and store things away
ach night in the Parish Life Center kitchen.
	Several adults/Scouts to pick up donated prepared food around 4:00
r 5:00 PM each day from the local merchants
	One adult to pick up bread each morning between 7:00 - 10:00 AM (I
ill confirm the time) from a local bakery
 
There are other tasks, but these are the big ones that need to be done each
ay.  If you can volunteer from about 5:00 PM on any day, that would be
reat!  Please let me know and we'll get you on the schedule.
 
On most days, I will be at St. John's in the garage, Parish Life Center or
ectory coordinating this effort and look forward to working with each of
ou to help make the Carnival a success!
