[Troop139] Really Cool Project base for the Inventions Merit Badge

Hi Folks!

Here is a basic project to turn on and off lights using a IR TV remote
controller and an Arduino microprocessor board.  

We have just about everything to do this project on hand if any Scout or
Scouts want to experiment with such a project.

We can also extend this to turn on and off other things.it is just a matter
of imagination!
