Danielle et al,

We are going to shoot for 9:00 AM Mass at St. John's.

 

Our normal procedure is to return to St. John's and attend Mass as a Troop
before dismissal.  It also gives us a chance to unload as a Troop.

Many things in the Troop's processes are geared to end to end participation
among the Patrols and the Troop.  While that is not always possible, we work
toward that, as the boys need to have the opportunity to work together on
all aspects of an activity.

 

Any Boy Scout Troop is at its best harmony when the boys are given the
consistent opportunity to participate in Patrol Method Scouting.

If there are specific conflicts, please bring them to my attention and we
see how we can work them out.

Hi Folks!

 

We have a trip to Camp NoBeBoSco next weekend, February 3-5. 

The trip was set up to be a joint trip with the Boy Scouts and the Webelos
as part of our bridging process. 

It has been on the calendar since the early fall.

 

We have a lovely cabin reserved for our activities

This Tuesday is commitment time for the trip.  

There is no cost for the trip, as trips are built into our registration and
fundraising.

 

We need chaperones, drivers, and other logistics support related to food and
program.  

Please volunteer and plan to enjoy this wonder experience and enjoy the good
that it brings your son and yourself.

 

Please email me or call me to confirm your attendance or the attendance of
your son.

 

If you have any questions about the Boy Scout Troop and its program, please
reach out to me and we can discuss the process and its benefits.

 

As a follow-up to next weekend's trip we will have a welcoming Troop meeting
for your sons and you on the Tuesday, February 7th,  following this trip at
7:00 PM.
