Subject: [Troop139] Scout Sunday Tomorrow

Hi Folks!

Just a reminder that tomorrow we will be going to Sacred Heart Cathedral
tomorrow for Scout Sunday and the presentation of the Ad Altare Dei and Pius
XII awards.

We need to be in the Cathedral at 2:15 PM in full Scout uniform.

Families should attend and bring a camera. We will be done by 4:30 PM.

This is a service and not a Mass, so you are asked to meet at St. John's for
Mass at Noon, again in full Scout uniform. We will be sitting as families
clustered on the pulpit side of the church.

After Mass at about 1:15 PM, we will be gathering in the small parking lot
where we will car pool to the Cathedral. There will be time to get some
light to eat, if we act decisively and promptly after Mass.

If anyone can't join us for Mass or needs a ride, please let me know ASAP!

Also, if someone is going directly to the Cathedral, please let me know as
well.

If you have any questions, please let me know ASAP so we can help you get
the answers you need.

Directions

Washington Avenue south into Teaneck where it becomes Teaneck Rd.

Turn LEFT onto Ft. Lee Rd. toward the NJ Turnpike

Take either spur (East or West) and exit onto Rt 280.

After paying the toll, continue onto Rt. 280W to Clifton St.

At the top of the ramp go straight until you can turn RIGHT onto Clifton St.

Go several blocks and you will see the Cathedral on your LEFT

Turn LEFT in front of the Cathedral and park on the street or park on the
side of the Cathedral in the high school parking lot.

Enter through the FRONT doors of the Cathedral and get directed to where
Scouts will sit and to where family and friends will sit, as they are
different.

Yours in Scouting!
Thanks & 73,

Gordon Beattie, W2TTT
