Hi Folks!

We had a fantastic Good Friday Church Hike after a beautiful Holy Thursday
Mass last week!

Thanks to all who supported the boys during the hike and also for the
overnight. It was great to have Karl, Robbie and Eddie overnight and to
have Eddie and Joe on the hike! It is such a pleasure to see our young men
who are Eagle Scouts, lending a hand to the Troop!

This week we have several things going on and we will need to finalize
arrangements on Tuesday night:

1.	ON TUESDAY night, please empty out both small Troop closets and lay
out in an organized way, their contents.

2.	We need a roster for who is planning to help discard the junk and
organize the small Troop closets at 7:00 PM on Wednesday night.

3.	Those planning to support the Weboree as staff on April 27-29 need
to indicate that they are planning to attend by tomorrow night. T-shirt
sizes are needed. So far we have Arslan, Jeremy B. and Sergio signed up.
Several of our 8th Graders are being confirmed that weekend and
understandably, they will be unable to help staff the Weboree. We are
planning to do a "Tarps & Tech" exhibit and show and do activity for eight
twenty minute groups of adults.

4.	This Saturday is our Hamfest/Car Wash. We need a roster of Scouts
and adults who will be in attendance starting at 6:30 AM in Conlon Hall.
Orange T-shirts are the uniform of the day along with clothes suitable for
washing cars. We need both adults and Scouts to make this event a success!

5.	On Friday night, later in the evening, we need to set up tables in
Conlon Hall. I will let you know about the time for setup, but again we
will need a roster for those willing to help.

We received our first check from Wendy's for the first Dine Out night held
several weeks back. Another one is on the way and tonight we started our
first Monday night Dine Out with Boy Scout Troop 139 nights being held each
Monday during April and May. Please let your friends know of this nice
opportunity to help our boys. No coupon or flyer is needed and all meals
purchased between 5:00 and 8:00 PM in the drive-through or in the restaurant
here in Bergenfield will help us!

TO RECAP:

4 Rosters needed:

1.	Weboree Staff
2.	Troop gear help on Wednesday evening
3.	Conlon Hall Setup on Friday night
4.	Flea Market/Car Wash on Saturday

Additionally, meeting attendance should be taken.

Yours in Scouting!
Thanks & 73,

Gordon Beattie, W2TTT
