[Troop139] 9/11 Service & Ceremony

Hi Folks!

I would like to thank the following Scouts for their participation at
today's very special Interfaith 9/11 Service at St. John's and their fine
example of leadership in the procession to Cooper's Pond for the memorial
ceremony there.

Each participating Scout will receive four service hours.

I would also like to thank the parents and siblings for their participation

and those parents who got their sons there, but could not stay.

 

Their assistance included welcoming and distributing programs, honor guard
in the procession to and at Cooper's Pond, raising the flag and of course
participation in the service and ceremony.  Many compliments were received
from officials, police officers, veterans and citizens.  They all should be
quite proud!
