Dear Unit Leader,

This is the second update to be sent to Unit Leaders:

Using a GPS: If you are using a GPS to navigate to the Camporee, the
physical address is 500 Sea Girt Ave, Sea Girt, NJ 08750.

Parking Passes: Passes have been mailed to each Unit Leader and should be
received over the next few days. Each pass is the size of half a sheet of
paper and individually numbered. If you have full sheet passes, the line in
the center is for you to cut them in half. One pass will have a Cargo
Vehicle Pass sticker attached to admit a vehicle to the Cargo Vehicle
Corral. 

Unit Rosters: The required Unit Roster form has been posted on the NJSP
Camporee page at www.JerseyShore-BSA.org  and is the ONLY acceptable roster.
Please do not bring Troopmaster printouts, handwritten notes, etc. as they
will not be accepted at registration. 

Cooking: There are to be no ground fires at the camporee. If you plan on
using charcoal to cook a meal, please ensure it is contained in a grill. We
suggest propane stoves to eliminate the concerns caused by disposing of
coals from charcoal cooking.  We also suggest that your Scouts have a bagged
lunch to minimize their time away from the events

Snacks: There will be NO food vendors on site at the event, but the Trading
Post will stock beverages, snacks and candy on Friday and Saturday. 

Dinner: Each troop is encouraged to invite a Trooper or Guardsman to dinner
in your campsite! 

Evening Show: Each participant will be receiving an LED Glow Stick in their
gift package, which we ask for them to bring to the Evening Show on Saturday
as part of the program. 

REMINDER: NJ State Troopers Eagle Scout Association special offer: The
NJSTESA will be offering a limited edition t-shirt for sale at the Trading
Post starting on Friday evening. This amazing shirt design has been prepared
to serve as a perfect Class B uniform shirt and raise funds that go directly
back to supporting local Scouting. Quantities are EXTREMELY limited, so be
sure to get yours early on Saturday!
