[Troop139] BOY SCOUTS NEEDED: Blue & Gold Dinner Saturday

Hi Folks!

As mentioned at the Troop meeting on Tuesday night, this is a reminder that
we need Boy Scouts to participate in the Blue & Gold Dinner on Saturday
night.  

 

Dress in Class A uniform with your Troop 139 Green Neckerchief if you have
earned one.

(Replacements are available from the Troop for $20.)

 

Timeline

4:15 PM         Arrive at Conlon Hall

4:30 PM         Rehearse Webelos Bridging Ceremony with the Webelos

5:15 PM         Move to Church to hear Mass

6:30 PM         Serve and Eat Dinner

7:30 PM         Ceremonies begin

9:30 PM         Complete post-dinner cleanup and dismissal
