I've never put up a tower before.

What does it really cost to put up a tower, in round numbers?

I'm looking at putting up a Universal B-30 self-supporting 50' tower 
which can be purchased and delivered for approx. $2,000.

What estimates can tower savvy readers provide about general other 
costs involved in getting that tower up and ready for antennas?
