[Tower-Speak] ELECTRIC TOWER WINCH

I have a Hygain HG52SS crank up tower and I'm tired of hand cranking it up or
using my electric drill that almost burns out.
What is a recommended electric winch that will make this job easy and mount on
the tower without any modifications?
I have 120AC at the tower so it must be 120AC. It must also hold the tower up
for "years".
Does anyone have any recommendations, model, totsl pounds of pull, where to buy?
