Just announced on NASA TV that the SuitSat deployment will NOT be
carried live due to out-of-range Ku coverage.    They will try to
“find” it on the next available opportunity.  Since there are no
astronauts/cosmonauts inside the vessel to control the ISS cameras
there is no way to get coverage of the launch (unless one of the crew
members has a video camera).

If there is a delay in deployment there may be a live opportunity.
