Unknown if Suitsat Launch from ISS will be shown on TV.

FM 145.990 MHz is where the spacesuit will be transmitting.  A simple
police scanner should be able to pick up the signal.

It is transmitting an SSTV image approximately once per minute.  If
you can plug your receiver into the input of your computer's
soundcard, you should be able to receive the signal (no ham ticket
required) with the appropriate software. 
http://www.hffax.de/html/sstv_software.html is one location where
SSTV software can be downloaded.  Mac and Linux software available,
some may require registration.
