[TNham] Questionable bills being introduced

Thanks, this is the type of info that I am looking
for. Does anyone know of any other problems? This
bill seems to be very broad and to cover anything the
"service provider" can dig up. As ham radio operators
and experimenters, we might legally have in our
possession equipment and software, etc that could be
deemed illegal, just because you have it, not
necessarily because it was used. Am I correct or
confused?
